2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal. No questions asked.

3. Right of Withdrawal (EU / German Law)
As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from a digital service contract within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not yet started using the service.

4. Exceptions — No Refund
We do not issue refunds for:
- Subscription renewals where notice was not given before the renewal date
- Partial months of service
- Add-ons or one-time purchases after 14 days
- Accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service
5. Annual Plans
If you are on an annual plan and wish to cancel after the 14-day window, we may offer a prorated refund at our discretion. Contact us to discuss your situation.
6. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Stripe (our payment processor) may take additional time to credit your account depending on your bank.
7. Cancellation
Cancelling your subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
